How to opt out
- Use the unsubscribe or opt-out link in a marketing message.
- Email support@sandhurstassociates.zendesk.com with the subject “Marketing opt out”.
- Call 0800 808 5541 and tell us which channels you want to stop.
- Use the contact form and choose “Marketing preferences”.
What we need
Tell us the email address or telephone number receiving the messages so we can identify the correct record. We may need to confirm identity before changing personal information.
What opting out does
It stops marketing through the selected channels after processing. It does not stop essential messages about an application, complaint, security issue or legal obligation, and does not automatically erase all personal data.
How long it takes
We will act as soon as reasonably possible. A message already scheduled may still arrive while systems update. We keep a minimal suppression record so we can respect the opt-out.
