We Do Car Finance is a trading style used by Sandhurst Associates Limited. Sandhurst Associates Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit-broking activities and appears on the Financial Services Register under reference 723591.
Our role
We are a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce eligible customers to a selected panel of lenders and other credit brokers. We do not provide independent financial advice and cannot guarantee that an application will be accepted.
Our panel
We do not search the whole market. The lender or broker we introduce may not offer the cheapest finance available to you. Any introduction is limited to the products and providers available through our panel and integrations.
How we are paid
We do not charge customers a fee for using our credit-broking service. We may receive commission from a lender or broker if we introduce you and you enter an agreement. The amount can vary by provider or product and may affect which option we introduce. You can ask us for the likely or actual amount connected with a proposed agreement before proceeding.
Credit checks and decisions
An initial eligibility process may use a soft search. A lender or broker may complete a hard credit search before making a final decision. Finance is subject to status, affordability and provider criteria.
Your information and consent
Before an introduction, we explain why information is needed and ask you to agree to us sharing relevant details with selected panel lenders or brokers so they can assess your enquiry. This is separate from any choice about marketing.
Important risk
The vehicle may be used as security and could be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments under a secured vehicle finance agreement.
